※ Regarding merch issues and FAQ

First, I would like to thank everyone who have supported and bought Rezochi merch! I've been so excited to launch this for the community and it finally happened! Thank you for waiting on me and I hope the merch is enjoyed by the Rezonators! Thanks to our Ko-fi members and certain Rezonators, we were able to stress test and find out about a lot of things when ordering merch items. I am new to Fourthwall as well, but I'm glad everyone has been here to help and support me in making merch for the community! Now, I want to address some things regarding the merch, see below:

1.  Prints on merch items - We have found out that some prints on merch items are not as aligned as it should be. This issue is mostly found on the Pin buttons and occasionally on apparel. For now, I have paused the pin buttons to update and replace them with other designs to release in the soon future. As for apparel, it is purely the manufacturing side of Fourthwall. Unfortunately, I do not handle the printing and manufacturing, it is all through Fourthwall. For now I will address this to them and in case there are any issues, please read the "Returns & FAQ" section of the merch website. Each merch item is also accompanied by details regarding issues.
2. Separate shipments - This topic is not truly an issue but moreso something to note. I've heard from others regarding separate shipments on certain items when ordering, I also had the same thing happen. This is because Fourthwall works with many manufacturing partners placed in different areas around the world to make global shipping possible and to deliver your ordered items, though it also causes the separate shipments when ordering multiple items (that's what I found or understood from reading through FW discord and from certain Rezonators).

I hope this explains some of the things that was recognized when I launched the merch.
